We do not control, generate, or verify this data, and we make no guarantee that it is accurate, complete, or up to date. For authoritative shipment information, always refer to the relevant courier's official channels.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by CekResi Express and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Courier names, logos, and trademarks referenced in the App remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including Google AdMob and Google Analytics, to display ads and measure app performance. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms. Details about the data these services process are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CekResi Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App — including, without limitation, delivery delays, lost or damaged shipments, or inaccurate tracking information, all of which remain the responsibility of the relevant courier.

10. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
